After our busiest month on record this January, I wanted to take a moment to reflect not just on the scale of work we are delivering, but on the environment we are creating for the people who make it possible.

This week we officially opened a brand new communal space at our Halebank headquarters, transforming four unused shipping containers into a bright and comfortable area for the team.

The project was delivered in partnership with Inbox Projects, who worked with us to convert the containers into a high-quality, practical space that complements the growth of our site.

INVESTING IN OUR PEOPLE

As a business, we are continually investing in infrastructure, technology and operational capability, but it is just as important that we invest in our people. Any sustainable business success starts with the team behind it.

The new space provides somewhere away from the operational floor where the team can sit together, recharge and enjoy proper downtime. It may seem like a simple addition, but these improvements contribute to morale, wellbeing and a stronger sense of belonging across the site.

We marked the opening in fitting fashion with a well-earned Domino’s, a small gesture after an exceptional start to the year.

GET SHREDDED

Alongside the communal space, one of the best additions to our new headquarters has been the shared gym. It has been great to see so many of the team using it regularly. Having somewhere on site to clear the head and reset during the day makes a real difference, even if it is only for a short session between shifts.

MOMENTUM

January set a new benchmark for us as a company, and we are carrying that momentum forward.

Over the coming months we will be introducing new technology and plant upgrades that will further strengthen our ability to support major UK brands and charities at scale, while continuing to deliver the high standards we are known for.

For me, growth is not just about volumes and performance metrics. It is about building an environment where people feel valued and supported as we move forward together.

We are excited about what lies ahead and we cannot wait for the year ahead.
