As the year draws to a close, the Roberts Recycling team headed to Cardiff to celebrate another brilliant year of work across South Wales.

Directors Paul, John and Simon Roberts travelled down to spend time with the Wales team, joined by Uncle Fred, catching up with Transport Manager Josh and colleagues who continue to do outstanding work on the ground. It is a tradition the Directors look forward to every Christmas, alongside their regular visits throughout the year.

The evening began with a bit of friendly competition, with the team taking to the track for a go-karting session, before heading out for a team meal to round off the night. A great chance to relax and enjoy time together away from the day-to-day operation.

It has been a strong year for the Wales team, supporting schools and communities through Dragon Bags across South Wales, while also playing a key role in our wider recycling work across South England through Recycle 4 School.

A big thank you to everyone in Cardiff for another fantastic year.
