As part of this year’s Green Careers Week, our Director Paul Roberts and Marketing Lead Lewis Webster were invited to speak at Riverside College Widnes & Runcorn, located just a short distance from our headquarters.
During their session with the Foundation Studies students, Paul and Lewis opened the door to the world of textiles recycling.
They introduced students to the wide range of roles across Roberts Recycling, from collection and logistics to sorting operations and sustainability-focused positions.
The students were also surprised to learn just how much impact a green career can have on the environment.
Engaging with young people and supporting them as they explore future career paths is something we’re always proud to be part of.
