Roberts Recycling were delighted to be involved in the discussions for fashion’s future at this year’s Textile Recycling Association (TRA) Annual General Meeting, linking with fellow industry experts and sharing personal insights on possible sustainable solutions to the on-going global textile crisis.
Making A sTATEMENT
Our Director John Roberts (Seen pictured with Alan Wheeler, Chief Executive Officer of the TRA) represented Roberts Recycling, sporting the now infamous upcycled jacket from Simon’s visit at the Oxfam Batley Exhibition.
The jacket, constructed from five non-rewearable textile items, was a huge hit with members in the room -showing that sustainability can be a creative opportunity.
