In November 2024, we launched Makers Monday, a new initiative led by our very own Denise Roberts. The aim? To inspire DIY-friendly crafts focused on reusing old textiles, whether it’s a worn-out pair of pyjamas, an old T-shirt, a blanket or even unused beanbags and children’s toys.
Since then, we’ve shared a range of videos across our social channels, offering creative ideas for repurposing everyday items. From handmade vase bags to DIY draught excluders, the series encourages us to rethink what we already own and discover exciting new ways to give these items a second life.
