RGI Acquires New Facility in Caerphilly

RGI has acquired a new facility in Caerphilly, South Wales, strengthening our infrastructure and expanding our existing operations across Wales and the South West of England.

Today marks an exciting new chapter for Roberts Group International (RGI) as we announce the acquisition of a new facility in Caerphilly, South Wales.

The investment strengthens RGI’s existing operations across Wales and the South West of England, providing additional infrastructure to support the continued growth of our textile operations.

Strengthening our regional infrastructure

The new Caerphilly facility forms part of RGI’s wider investment in infrastructure as we continue to develop our operational capabilities and respond to the increasing volumes of textiles entering the market.

By expanding our presence across Wales and the South West, the facility will strengthen our ability to work with communities, organisations and partners across the region, helping to ensure more reusable clothing and textiles can remain in circulation for longer.

The acquisition is another important step in the continued growth of RGI and reflects our long-term commitment to investing in the infrastructure required to support a more circular approach to textiles.

Continuing to grow

The Caerphilly acquisition follows continued investment across the RGI network as we scale our operations, develop new partnerships and invest in the people, facilities and technology needed to support the future of textile reuse.

As textile volumes continue to grow, building the right infrastructure in the right locations will be increasingly important.

Our new South Wales facility strengthens that network and provides an important platform for the next stage of RGI’s development.
