Residents across Knowsley can now recycle unwanted clothes and shoes from their doorstep, with a free textile collection service from Roberts Group International (RGI).
The service, delivered in partnership with Knowsley Council, makes it easier for local residents to give unwanted textiles a new lease of life without needing to travel to a textile bank.
Following a successful trial in Halewood, the doorstep collection service has now been expanded across Knowsley.

The new Knowsley doorstep collection service allows residents to book a collection online and have their unwanted clothing and shoes collected directly from their home.
It provides another option for residents who may not have easy access to a local textile bank, as well as anyone looking for a simple and convenient way to clear out unwanted clothes.
Collections take place every Thursday, with bookings needing to be made by 12pm on the Wednesday before collection to guarantee a collection.
